What's The Difference Between Vitamin D2 and D3?
Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) are two different molecules. Vitamin D3 is the type our skin produces when exposed to sunlight, while Vitamin D2 is only produced by a select few species of plants and is less biologically active.
Vitamin D3 is the more bioavailable and biologically active of the two Vitamin D forms. We use Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in our supplements.

How Much Should I Take?
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, taken with food.

Suggested Use: As a food supplement, we recommend taking 1 tablet, once per day, with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Returns and Changes to Your Order
You're welcome to return your order to us for a refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund the item(s) must be in sellable, unopened and unused condition. If you would like to return an order, please contact us via our contact page.
If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you do so within 1 hour after it has been placed. To cancel - simply contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation and we'll take care of the rest.
Orders placed on weekdays between 2pm and 3pm cannot be cancelled as we are working to ship orders within this time.
